1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Pixel Hive website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and creators using our platform.

2. Services

Pixel Hive operates as a creative agency connecting brands and individuals with short-form video creators. Our services include creator matching, project management, content strategy, and video production coordination. We act as an intermediary between clients and creators.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete project information.
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner.
  • Make payments according to agreed-upon terms.
  • Provide necessary brand assets, guidelines, and approvals.
  • Respect intellectual property rights of creators.

4. Creator Responsibilities

  • Deliver content within agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Maintain professional conduct with clients.
  • Provide accurate information during the application process.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines and project briefs.
  • Not engage directly with clients outside the Pixel Hive platform for referred projects.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms are agreed upon at project initiation. Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis if deliverables do not meet agreed-upon specifications. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of content delivery. Pixel Hive reserves the right to withhold refunds if the client has approved content during the production process.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the delivered content for the agreed-upon purposes. The specific usage rights (exclusive, non-exclusive, duration, platforms) are defined in each project agreement. Pixel Hive and/or the creator may retain portfolio rights unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pixel Hive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not responsible for the performance of content on social media platforms.

8. Content Standards

All content produced through our platform must comply with applicable laws and platform guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse projects that involve illegal, harmful, misleading, or offensive content. Clients are responsible for ensuring their project requests comply with advertising standards and regulations.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date. Pixel Hive reserves the right to terminate services for breach of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
